Obtaining a Copy of an Illinois Wesleyan University Transcript:
To obtain a transcript from Illinois Wesleyan University, there are two options available to students.
- The first option, commonly referred to as an Unofficial Transcript, is only available for students who still have an IWU login, generally current students or alumni who have graduated in the last 3 years. These individuals can access their academic records online by logging in to their Student Records portal located within Banner Self-Service Student Dashboard. From there, you can select the "Unofficial Transcript" option to view, download, and/or print your document.
- The second option is an Official Transcript. This process involves utilizing an outside company, Parchment, to obtain the official transcript. To do so, students can visit https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/33814/account and create a new account using their personal email and a password of their choice. This service is independent and not associated with the IWU email/password system.
